Jeewin Bangla is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Creating an account as a minor is completely prohibited and a violation of the law. Parents and guardians are urged to prevent minors from accessing this platform.

The following documents are required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification:

• National ID Card (NID): Clear photos of both sides
• Selfie: A clear photo holding your NID
• Proof of Address: Utility bill or bank statement (within the last 3 months)

KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not proceed until verification is approved. KYC verification typically takes 24–48 hours.

All deposits and withdrawals on Jeewin Bangla must be made through a payment account registered in your own name. Transactions using someone else's bKash, Nagad, or bank account will be cancelled and the funds returned.

• Each bonus can only be claimed once per person

All betting on Jeewin Bangla is conducted fairly and impartially. Sports Betting outcomes depend on real-world events; casino and fishing games use an RNG (Random Number Generator).

Keep the following in mind when betting:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled (except via Cash Out)
• If a bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded
• If the odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply
• Jeewin Bangla reserves the right to void any bets placed on incorrectly displayed odds

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jeewin Bangla. If detected, your account will be suspended immediately and your balance may be forfeited:

• Bonus Abuse or System Manipulation
• Registering under someone else's identity or providing false information
• Automated betting using software or bots

• Attempting to interfere with platform security

If suspicious activity is detected, Jeewin Bangla may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation. If you cooperate with the investigation and no violation is found, your account will be reinstated.
